(Sound Mixing, studio “Little Big Feet”), is a music composer and producer for many films and TV shows including New York (director Ric Burns), Long Journey Home (with The Chieftains, Van Morrison, Elvis Costello, Sinead O’Connor), and musical work with Thomas Lennon, Bill Moyers, Henry Hampton and Sheila Nevins. He has won four Emmys for composing, has been nominated twenty times. He won a Grammy for Long Journey Home. He has composed music scores for five Oscar nominated films, and won an Oscar for his work on Blood of Yingzhou District (HBO) He is a prodigious record producer, having produced many Billboard charting records. He is also a jazz guitarist.
